There was a need in the industry for a rope bag that is self standing and extremely tough & durable.

The reason is so that the abesiling ropes can be quickly and easily wound into and out of the bag. Having them freestanding means there is no battling to hold the bag open while trying to wind the ropes back in and getting tangled.
